Aflex-Eco is a nitrile insulation foam (closed cell elastomeric) manufactured by ALP Aeroflex. This product is used for AC Copper Pipe Insulation. It comes in the form of tubes with 6 mm, 9 mm, 13 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm & 32 mm wall thickness. These tubes can then easily be used to cover copper as well as MS pipes, iron pipes of diameters ranging from 6mm (2/8") to 108mm (34/8"). The typical tube length is 6 feet or 1.83 meters.

Aerocell-AM is a product by ALP Aeroflex. It is a nitrile rubber insulation for AC ducts. It is a closed cell nitrile rubber insulation that offers low thermal conductivity and therefore is ideal for usage in AC (Air Conditioning) ducts and chilled water pipes, and for Air Handling Units. The product comes in the form of 1000 to 1200 mm wide sheets with thickness of 6 mm, 9 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm.

Accosound, a product by ALP Aeroflex helps in absorbing the air-borne noise that’s generated in ducts, air handling units, plant rooms, home theaters, etc. It is an elastomeric nitrile rubber having an open cell structure. The complex pore geometry provides effective absorption of noise generated by the movement of air in ducts, air handling units in an HVAC system. Aerocell GC is a product by ALP Aeroflex. It is a closed cell nitrile rubber insulation that is factory laminated with 7 MIL woven Glass Cloth. The product is available in 1000 mm wide rolls of varying thickness of 9 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm. It is a closed cell elastomeric foam that’s made from Nitrile rubber.

Aerocell ALU is a product by ALP Aeroflex. The product comprises closed cell nitrile rubber elastomeric foam insulation that is reinforced with Aluminium foil lamination. The product comes in 1000 or 1200 wide rolls with thickness of 6 mm, 9 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm. The product offers low thermal conductivity, high moisture diffusion resistance factor, and superior mechanical protection of ducts, pipes, AHUs, and other HVAC equipment.
