Butterfly valve

Butterfly Valves are used on a regular basis in an HVAC system. When a chiller plant supplies chilled water to an AHU (Air Handling Unit) or to an FCU (Fan Coil Unit), the butterfly valve is used to stop or start (off/on) the fluid (chilled water) flow. This is achieved by rotating a disc in the butterfly valve.
