Mandev make copper tubes are eddy current tested, R0HS compliant, R-32, R-410A, R-22 refrigerant compatible and with low residue content below 0.2 mg/dm2.
One End Expanded Copper Pipe with the product name MT - Eco Self connect and MT - Eco Self connect +
Features: Chances of leakage from joints reduced by 50%. Straight cost savings of 35 to 40% over use of couplings. Single brazing is required per joint, unlike two brazings while using couplings for joints, hence 50% savings in the brazing cost.
These one end expanded copper tubes are mechanically straightened and then cut to specific lengths as per the application. Following outer diameters are produced.
Minimum Diameter - 1 / 4 inches or 6.35 mm. Maximum Diameter - 17 / 8 inches or 54.1 mm.
Minimum length - 2 feet or 0.6 meters. Maximum length - 12 feet or 3.63 meters.
Half hard temper is provided in these one end expanded copper tubes.
These are stress relieved copper tubes that meet the permissible cleanliness level of 0.038 Gram / square meter for residue, conforming to ASTM B280. Ends are capped with plastic caps.
One end expanded tubes from Mandev are supplied with a commercial saw cut with minimum burrs as standard on one end, mechanically expanded & deburred on the other end. At added cost.
