Rajco Copper Pipe is bright annealed in an inert and non-oxidizing atmosphere to avoid oxidation.
Rajco Copper Tubes can be readily soldered or brazed, bent, manipulated.
Accurate copper phosphorus levels to ensure a de-oxidizing atmosphere to enable correct soldering and brazing.
Physical properties - parameters like UTS, elongation, hardness and grain structure are very important for achieving appropriate quality of copper tubes for VRF VRV application.
Dimensional tolerances are kept as strict as possible as per ASTM B251.
100% Eddy current tested as per ASTM E 243 to get totally leak proof tubes.
For high pressures used in VRF VRV systems, correct wall thickness is maintained.
Carbon is drilled to be within limits specified in ASTM / JIS.

Hard, Half hard, quarter hard, light annealed, skin hard, and soft annealed.
These copper pipes and tubes not only have required grain size but also uniform size. Additionally, other properties of Rajco Copper pipe are yield & tensile strength, minimum elongation, correct specified hardness, uniform microstructure. All these properties ensure that proper ductility, malleability, bendability is easily achieved.
These copper tubes are used in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector and are manufactured from Phosphorus deoxidized copper (DHP Grade) alloy C 106 (adhering to BS EN 1057) or UNS No. C 12200 (adhering to ASTM / JIS). 99.9% of copper purity is achieved and the content of phosphorus is mere 0.015% to 0.040%.
Rajco copper pipe comes with the allowed limit of carbon content. Max 0.035 MG / Square Meter. Clean inside finish of copper pipes is essential in air conditioning applications and therefore Rajco copper pipe and tubes come with the allowed limit of carbon content.
