Zeco Aircon manufactures AHU units starting from 1000 CFM to 60000 CFM and above. Coils can be 4 rows, 6 rows, or 8 rows. At the same time, the total static pressure is arrived at based on the application of the AHU System. A standard Zeco AHU consists of filtration section, Heating or Cooling Coil section, Fan section.

The airflow range (in CFM) for a Zeco Air Washer is 1200 CFM to 80000 CFM. However, customized air washer units can also be delivered based on client’s specific requirements. Double skin construction, low height, compact size, and provision to incorporate multiple centrifugal fans are some of the features of a Zeco Air Washer. The static pressure is selected depending on the usage of the Air Washer system.

A fan coil unit ranging from 1 TR to 4 TR is typically manufactured by Zeco Aircon. These FCU units come equipped with AHRI certified coil and energy efficient blower. 3 rows or 4 rows coils can be selected.

Zeco Aircon fabricates a duct system at its factory. A rectangular duct, or round duct, or oval duct is fabricated as per the drawing. In addition, plenum HVAC is also fabricated at the Zeco factory. A duct can be made from 0.5mm (26 Gauge) GI sheet, 0.63mm (24 Gauge) GI sheet, 0.8mm (22 Gauge) GI sheet, 1 mm (20 Gauge) GI sheet, 1.2mm (18 Gauge) GI sheet, or 1.6mm (16 Gauge) GI sheet.
